Greeted on arrival and advised by receptionist to have a seat and offered a drink, whilst waiting short while for sales advisor to be free. Heather went out of her way to help us with our used car purchase. We returned home to discuss options available, then following day to purchase car. Standard of service was excellent. Vehicle was prepared to VW’s used car standard. Very happy with service provided by Heather.

I am very old and have worked and been involved with the motor trade all my working life ( now retired! ) I cannot stress how pleased I was with every member of staff that I recently came in to contact with when buying a new car from Listers of Worcester.Quite a young ( compared with me ! ) team of people and all of them that I dealt with were courteous and friendly. I think that the ethos that a “family business “ promotes in its staff is commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re in the market for a VW or need a service .

I was pleased with the car itself however 4 days after taking ownership of my 2019 reg Tiguan I was unable to activate the vehicle.I was marooned in Morrison's carpark because BOTH the keys had run out of battery at the same time. I could not use the vehicle and had to call out the AA and a technician from Listers.I was shocked to find that the batteries in the keys had not been replaced or even checked as a matter of course.My confidence in Listers has been somewhat shaken especially as I was told by the technician that someone from Listers would contact me the fllowing day. This has not happened.My disappointment could so easily have been avoided and I suggest the key battery checks are added to the list of reviews for 2nd hand vehicles.

Our Sales Rep James was excellent, kept us up to date with build progress and delivery date. Whole process from start to finish was excellent.

Terrible experience here. Trusted them to fix our customers 71 plate Touareg. They have had the vehicle for 2 1/2 months, whilst they were waiting for a tool to remove the engine. They’ve only just informed us that they have found the fault after us calling them and now we have to wait until the end of the month for a part to arrive. Never get back in touch when we call. Received a manual 1.5 golf as a courtesy car. Asked for a replacement for something similar to the Touareg(automatic) and was told to come in to replace it for a something similar. When we arrived, they stated the automatic car was not available and we were left with another manual after taking the morning off work to replace it. Terrible service and I would never want my customers to be treated like this.

From start to finish a first class service from Listers - special shout out to Conicha who kept in touch and I felt informed at every step. Delivery was seamless and the driver kept in touch and was attentive and helpful. All in all a great service and delighted with my new Tiguan!
