DC Domestics are fantastic, they kindly do work for the YMCA without labour charges as we have been chosen as their nominated charity.Always very professional and Denis always does a fantastic job.

Amazing service after being let down by a previous contractor. Within 24 hours of contacting them they had done their initial assessment on our oven and fixed it. They also rang back a few days later to check in with us and make sure the oven was still working okay. Dave, the engineer was very helpful and provided an excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Very reasonable, reliable company. They were able to fit us in to fix our oven within a day or two. Also the gentleman had a look at and fixed a light upstairs that had been acting up foc which was very kind. I would definitely use this company again for an appliance repairs.

The engineer is very friendly, warm, communicative and does a great job in actually repairing it and explaining to you what was the problem and what to do about it in the future. So top points for that!Also, the 30 pounds call out charge were included in the 50 pounds total charge, so the actual repair cost 20 pounds, which is pretty cheap for the quality of service.

Fixed my electric oven which is in an awkward place. Listened to the problem had a look and said the element had warped which is why it was tripping the electrics all sorted let it get up to temp. Definitely will ring again if needed

We had an issue with my in-laws washing machine which was important to get sorted ASAP. Our first issue was actually getting someone to their home ! Twice we arranged for someone to call round, and twice we were let down.I rang DC Domestics and spoke with a very helpful person, who after explaining how they work, arranged for their engineer to call.Denis, the engineer turned up - when expected - and after his assessment told me the cost, which I thought was a worthwhile repair, rather than scrapping and replacing.He performed the repair in a competent manner, and left the room as he found it.He mentioned the other services they provide, and now I have DC Domestics set in my phone not as the washer repairer"

Washing machine repaired quickly and professionally. The person who came left everything clean and tidy. The price was reasonable. I would have no problem recommending this company

Had a problem with my washing machine leaking. The engineer came next day and found the cause of the leak was a punctured water hose, and simply replaced it. The repair was quick and inexpensive, being just a hose replacement. I would recommend DC for any repair work without hesitation.
