I've lived in a property with Cloud for almost 3 years, and it has been amazing! I've never had any problems and if there were any issues with the house they were seen to promptly. It's been more than a pleasure to live in the property I do now, which makes me so sad to leave :( Everyone at Cloud is so friendly and very helpful, especially Jonna who has consistently gone above and beyond for our property and for me personally. I couldn't recommend a better letting agency to go through or rent from, they truly are the best! <3

She was always extremely kind, helpful and professional and would find me exactly what I was looking for even if I was being picky. My experience has been absolutely excellent - Maintenance are quick to respond to any issues and the studio is modern and well-furnished. Cloud Lettings are friendly, patient and always happy to help. It has been a brilliant place to live and I have really enjoyed my time in the property☺️
