Horrible service. I was looking help / 2nd opinion selecting a lip colour for a hen party at the weekend. It was busy and I saw only 2 staff rushing around. I asked one of the girls when she was finished if she would help me and waited honest to god what felt like a lifetime. 3 more came in the door and she helped them first. Then 2 more staff come out from the back so 4 total now. I thought now she'll have time but another 10 minutes I waited. I'm hard to miss, I have bright red hair. Made me feel so small. Disgusting treatment

Been trying to reach your store by phone for a few days now. Can’t get through. Also shop does not accept cash! Would not recommend this shop at all.Edit- tried the contact number that was responded to me. (Also doesn’t work)

Hayley was so helpful and thorough at matching my makeup to me, really listening to what I wanted rather than trying to fit me into their ideals like I have experienced with other brands. Hayley made me feel welcomed and spent time with me and other customers, and was friendly throughout.Becky

Robert did an incredible job at helping me at the Belfast store. I booked a consultation to learn more about makeup and was so impressed with Robert’s knowledge. So excited about my new makeup and look.
