I don't recommend lifesearch to anyone. Before selling the policy they promise everything and after selling the policy no proper ownership or help. In my case I needed some advise to fill trust form but they are saying now they are not offering any advise on trusts as they changed the guidelines recently after I bought the policy. Stay away

Rude, inconvenient cold caller. Got hold of my number through a comparison site, my mistake!Called out of the blue on a Monday morning when I have plenty of other things to do. No introduction, no apology for disturbing me or asking if it was a good time. He just attempted to launch straight into his sales attempt, expecting me to just be a willing participant and asking direct questions. why did you not complete your application?" etc.Not interested in spending thousands with a company who treat customers that way."

They don't respond or provide any support after selling the policy. They simply say we have changed our guidance and advise us to contact insurance provider. Stay Away

Tailor product to your needs. Much better than using comparison site to find suitable life cover. They listen to your requirements and search the market for cover for you at very reasonable prices. Actually much cheaper than any deal online and they don't charge extra fees.

I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Liam Back at Lifesearch, he managed to turn a potentially policy cancelling situation into 2 new policies with great communication throughout the process. If I could find anyone that I could broach life cover subject with I'd be swimming in referrals!! Alas, it's not a party conversation to be fair. Joking aside, these guys take the pain out of life assurance and understanding terminology etc.. and make the whole process easy.

I would be very careful using this company. Gave them my information several times, repeating it over and over again. Came back with a quote of £52 and depsite giving them EXACT information on medical history, they now claim the insurer has doubled the quote. I could honestly understand if my report differed to my own answers but it didn't.Have asked them to question why the quote is different and surprise surprise, not heard from them.Don't waste your time people.

Very polite and professional and were clear in breaking down the policy. However, there was a miscommunication and it lead to a change in the amount I needed to pay. They caught this mistake quickly and rectified it but it did lead to an increase in what I had to pay each month. Other than that, no problems.
