I hadn't been to this store in a while, it used to be very clean and well maintained. I went on Tuesday evening and had a very bad experience. First the accessible toilets were closed, which forced me to use the ladies. The toilets clearly hadn't been cleaned all day (possibly all week) with used tissues all over the floor. When I came out my partner described the mens toilets as reclusive as the floor was covered in urine and the seat with feaces.After walking through a very messy tu clothing section we get to the toy Isle to the logo dulpo toy stand to smell an ungodly stench of feaces. I won't be coming to this particular branch again as it was frankly quite traumatic.

Never again. Everytime we scanned the shopping the price discrepancies increased. Plus, to add insult to injury I'm made to look like a thief and treated like dirt. The management don't give a damn when you complain.

Toilets smell and look like haven't been cleaned for weeks. Excrement all over toilets, missing seats and no toilet paper and stink of urine all over the floor was shocking. Disabled toilets out of order for weeks. Management need to get a cleaner and maintenance sorted.

I bought two meal deals this lunch time. Caesar salad which was fine but the egg and potato salad was frozen when I served it. Which means that your fridges are not within legal temperature compliance. Definitely need to have this checked. I will be informing health and safety.

I shop at Sainsbury's every weekI have mobility problems so I therfore use the scooters available in the storeI am really disappointed that on numerous occasions the scooters are not plugged in to recharge and if they are it is obvious that the they have not been plugged in overnight as,like today, I get most of my shopping only to have the battery run outPut the scooters back where they wereI never had a problem then as they were in the open for any of passing staff to plug them in if needed.

Men's toilets, which I rarely visit, were vandalised and had zero toilet paper. Not in any way impressed.However Staff on checkout very good as usual.

I love this store especially when they don't keep moving stuff around. That I do find frustrating, using energy I do not have in abundance to waste. Homeware is good but expensive unless on special offer or on sale. Quality is good, and at least you can see what you are buying, colours are more realistic. Everybody says that Sainsbury's is expensive but no more so than Tesco. I shop at both, and usually what is not in offer at one store, is at the other store.

I always shop at Sainsburys in Wednesfield,Today I asked a member of staff where I might find Calomine lotion and Paracetamol tablets, the member of staff told me its definitely on the shelf on other side of the Isle over there, I told her twice I couldn't find it, she said oh probably sold out then...Very poor customer service, I hadn't got time to mess about anymore...

Lack of Cafe now and wasted upstairs space a shame. Without warning they've decided to now close at 10pm rather than 1030 just when more supermarkets have started extending their opening hours. Hardly any staff on tills, self scans packed with trollies and out of order machines. They seem to have 1 person on at peak times. This used to be a good supermarket but now niggles everywhere

Big supermarket where you can get all you need in one go.They have varieties of options to choose from including presents and gift’s card, toys and kids items, domestic items, food items, clothes, and the likes.They have fully stocked pharmacy inside with lots of off counter products available.Some of their products were bit higher in price but most were within the standard price range and affordable.They also incorporated other business like Argos, Specsavers and Timpson with available free cash machine outside.There were lots of free parking spaces at least for some hours of shopping.Remember to scan your Nectar card.
