Tailor-Made Hearingcare

I have suffered with a gradual loss of hearing and tinnitus for several years, using lip reading to fill in gaps and making people repeat themselves a lot. I finally decided to get some help, and made an appointment ay Tailor- Made hearingcare. I must say from making the first appointment Naomi and Phil have been excellent. Phil carried out tests which confirmed what I already knew, in that my hearing was not where it should be and advised that I may benefit from a hearing aid. Phil showed me computerised graph to show the result of my hearing tests which identified where my hearing levels are, where they should be and how it could be improved. He then set up a pair of hearing aids to try and mitigate the areas of loss. The only way I can explain it is that sounds which were either 'dull' or not in my hearing range were suddenly brought to life. The change is amazing and I cannot thank Phil enough for his attention to detail and care taken in my diagnosis and the mitigation put in place by the hearing aids. Aftercare is also brilliant and we have carried out minor tweeks and adjustments to the settings from my feedback as I have got used to wearing them to further improve my hearing experience.

I was worried my hearing was not as it should be, so as this was a new local company I called them. Best thing I have ever done. I was put at ease from the minute they took my call to the end of my consultation. They are all easy to talk to and very professional. The audiologist, Phil and his team, clearly explained about the hearing test and wax removal process, and it all was done very tactfully, carefully and gently. I cannot fault anything about this hearing test experience. I am very happy as I can now hear clearly again. For me it was a simple case of accepting something was not right and doing something about it. By making the call to the right people I certainly did that. I have been having problems with my ears for weeks so I visited Tailor-Made Hearingcare. The staff were warm and very friendly and sorted my hearing out in no time at all. I feel like a new man and on top of the world.

To cut a very long story short, im deaf in the left ear. Around 4 weeks ago i started with tinnitus then i started to have hearing. called GP an they have referred me to ENT. So i called Tailor-Made and it was the best decision i have made. Phil was amazing, by the end of the test he knew exactly what my problem was, he gave me an hearing aid to try and i couldnt believe it. I could hear EVERYTHING!! I i couldnt stop smiling. I have had ear wax removal and a hearing test at tailor-made every one was so lovely they were all great at explaining things and answering my questions and put me at ease. I would fully recommend Tailor-made such a warm welcome, I now feel like I'm back in the room " again now I have my hearing back

I contacted Tailor-Made hearing as I was concerned about my hearing after a visit to my GP. The staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease during my first visit. The hearing aids I purchased have made a huge difference to my hearing especially in noisy environments. I would recommend Tailor-Made to anyone who has hearing loss.
