DHL Parcel UK Depot

Been sat waiting for an important delivery, driver never even came to the door . Just put a card in the mail box outside of our property .

Collected on Thursday, paid for next day delivery. With no notification from the company, I found out my package was delayed by checking the website. Received package on Monday, no apology no explanation. I had emailed a complaint Friday night and received what I assume to be an automated email, telling me my order was out for delivery, only then to receive the package three days later. rubbish. Nice to see people no doubt connected to the business trying to boost the low rating with five star reviews. What a joke.

Can only agree - the worst company ever! This time can't reach them to re-arrange delivery, the phone number they provide is useless as its not giving you option to talk to advisor, you literally talk to the machine for 15 minutes just for nothing. Before that I had delivery of furniture - one box was open and few wooden parts broken but the best part of it is : on one of the shelvings were black van tyre marks visible - what means one of the courier drivers obviously drove over it at the depot or loading zone etc. The seller sent me another new bit of furniture as these morons had nothing to say and nothing to explain! This is the courier company from Hell I guess...

Absolutely awful service from UK Mail. I ordered a watch from Blacks on Next Day Delivery. The order was placed on Wednesday 1st November 2017. Without any prior notice the delivery time was set to 6pm to 10pm which I was initially unhappy about. On the Thursday evening I checked the tracking and it stated they were unable to find my house (it is a new build property). I tried calling to speak to someone at UK Mail, which seems almost impossible, so I rang Blacks and they phoned UK Mail and confirmed they would deliver between 6pm to 10pm on Friday evening and the driver would call me for directions. Again this didn't happen. I rang Blacks again the following day and was assured that the item would 100% be delivered 6pm to 10pm on that evening and the driver would call me. Once again this did not happen. I was then advised Sunday morning by Blacks that they are closed so there was nothing that could be done until Monday.With no idea on when I would get the item (that I needed for Sunday), I decided to cancel the order. I will not be using UK Mail again.

Shockingly horrific customer service. The very unfriendly man on the phone begrudgingly explained to me that since drivers are only paid when they successfully deliver a parcel it's very unlikely a driver would be willing to attempt delivery more than twice. Didn't care to give any more details about how I could get my parcel in the very likely circumstance that the driver refuses to deliver it tomorrow. When I asked for a time window, the response was (and I quote) absolutely not.""

UK Mail is the most horrible delivery service I have encountered. They sent me an email in the morning to say delivery will be here within the hour. I was already on my way to work. OK so they give a few options to rearrange the delivery. All of them require me to be home at the time to arrange this, and I cannot change the delivery time to after work hours. I tried to call their customer service but there is only an automated service that tracks my package and then hangs up on me. So how does a working individual receive their package other than picking up from the depot which is more than an hour away!

Attempted delivery once (parcel had to be delivered to named recipient). They left a card, never came back (says they will try once more on card), website had no knowledge of the parcel, card number not recognised by the system and now customer service say I have to contact the sender (parcel lost even though I have a card!).

Terrible company, lie to their customers, don't even bother to find the right delivery address and leave deliveries seemingly wherever they feel like it. No cards left and apparently their drivers don't even tell the truth to their own (useless) phone operators, making it impossible to find out where your parcel actually is. We've literally just had to go door to door around our estate until we found our delivery (Clearly marked perishable items left around the back of an empty house it turns out).The fact they charge you for all this is criminal.

Rubbish service...driver turned up outside of the arranged delivery time. Delivery slip not filled in. Don't use DHL

This idiots didn't deliver my item.We're sorry...We're sorry. Our driver has met with an unexpected delay. Your order ....... will be with you soon.I get this email 16.00 9th Feb 2018 Friday. When I asked them the next day where is my parcel this bastards said it is in the depot because of 2 missed attempts. And nobody out any notes about this 2 attempts.
