When into your store in Rhyl not a great experience i can say. I looked for a product buy could not find it I was told it’s up stairs. I was inA lot of pain with my leg so i asked your assistant if he could get it for me. He did reluctantly. Then the lady assistant rudely spoke to me.Not a happy customer

A large variety of services can be found here from Car Accessories and Bikes to Car Repairs. The staff will assist with what parts you'll need for a repair. Staff sarcastic and pretentious as ever. That’s a lot of attitude from a bunch of people working on a in a retail store. Went and asked if they could advise on which engine oil I needed - after punching in the reg and telling me what type I asked where I needed to go in the store to find it to which I got a snarky remark saying ‘well if you head up that way you’re not going to miss it’ rather than just showing me exactly where. Turned out I miss heard one of the numbers on the product name so when I came back I asked ‘sorry was it 5000 or 500 you said’ to which I got a smirk and another sarcastic reply, ‘well there’s no such thing as 500’ - like I’m supposed to know. That’s why I asked. It’s funny as there’s a sign at the desk basically saying ‘please respect our staff’ which is fair. To be honest though, with the way they demean their customers for asking simple questions they get every bit they deserve. Have fun at work on Monday guys!

Had a DASHCAM front and rear on my 2014 Volvo V40. Great price and the guy who fitted it was very good at his job. Made up with them. My first experience having something fitted at Halfords. First class I will be back

I have used this store a few times either for online collection or in person good range of products. The staff have always been very helpful in answering questions or help with finding products.

Lady who served me was a star, she was helpful and had a big smile to brighten anyones day. That said I had to wait over 20 mins to be seen as this lady was alone on the shop floor and covering both upstairs and downstairs departments. At one point I was alone in store with not one member of staff visible!

I was looking for a stereo for my car so approached Mark and asked him. He was very helpful. He checked on the system and checked in the back and came back with the stereo I wanted. I was served by a lovely young lady called Josie and she was very helpful. She even offered to save me £5 with Halfords motoring club, which is straightforward to sign up to. I was already signed up but I am a colleague in a different Halfords store so used my colleague discount instead

Why are your staff so miserable? Went in today and girl on the till was very sullen, she had to ask the fitter lad to check a price and OMG the miserable look on his face. I said I'd show him where the item was, no reply. I'm disabled and walk with a stick but this didn't stop him pushing past me. Got back to till and he mumbled something to the girl and she then charged us correctly. We paid and she said 'have a nice day'. Our day was fine before going into the shop and obviously much better than the day she was having. We won't be going back any time soon!
