This company were great!! Very reasonably priced.They came very well prepared and left everything tidy at the end.It was good to know that they also donate certain items to charities for the homeless.I would highly recommend their services!!

Excellent company. Very professional service. I contacted The Maidstone House Company and dealt by email with Jason, who was polite and professional in all his emails to me.He quoted a fair price and was even able to collect keys to the house and drop them off once the work was completed. House clearance was booked in and completed in a few hours with a light clean included. Whole house cleared, great job completed, would recommend to friends and family. 5 stars.

Maidstone House Clearing Company were simply great to work with. From the first phone call I made, they were professional and very helpful in explaining the process and costs. They were able to act quickly and took both the pain and hard work out of clearing the house following the bereavement and were deeply sensitive in how they worked. It also worked out cheaper than hiring all the skips we would have needed to empty the house.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. They did a really good job and I was amazed at how quickly they took away so much stuff. They even hoovered all the rooms after they had have been emptied. The property was located in Medway but they were happy to travel from Maidstone.I got three quotes and decided to go with this company. I felt at ease with Jason and he explained to me how most of the house contents is either recycled, donated or sold . It was also easier than doing it all myself.

Jason and his team worked efficiently to clear my mother's house. Nothing was too much trouble and the cost was very reasonable. I really liked the fact that they recycle so much, even mattresses are stripped down and recycled rather than going into landfill.

Used Jason's company to clear my late father's house. After having a couple of companies to quote Jason was the most professional and sensitive during a very difficult time. He gave us lots of advice and was brilliant throughout the whole process. Showed up on time, responded quickly to queries and delivered exactly what he said he would. I can highly recommend Jason and his team. Every element of the service was to a high standard with prompt and clear communication, a fair quote for the work to be done, efficient clearance of the house and then cleaning of the property above and beyond what was expected. In addition, due to COVID travel restrictions I had asked for some photos on completion of the work. Jason, sent me a video which he walked me through every room and cupboard in the house. All skirting boards, doorways and the fridge were spotless. The house had been readied for sale in two days.
