The team at GBC were fantastic. Great communication from the company.The team arrived when they said they would.Minimal fuss on the day.Tidied up afterwards.There were a few snags, but the company are so on the ball I didn't even need to contact them. They actually got in touch with me to find out if there were any snagging works required.Again, 1 of the engineers arrived exactly when they said he would and 15 mins later everything was fixed.Professional from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend this company. From the initial contact with Ann to Angela, we where provided with a quick service having gone over 10 days during the Xmas period with no heat or hot water. Angela was able to explain everything clearly and felt we were receiving a fair service and product. Ann was efficient in getting us all the correspondence etc and on the day of the install our engineer Adam arrived on time and was excellent. Aftercare has been great glad I used this company.

Arrived on time, were professional and efficient during the time spent installing a new boiler. The engineer was helpful and answered any questions. He kept any disruption to a minimum and cleaned up when he was done. I can't praise his manner and customer focus highly enough. Would certainly highly recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with my new boiler and the service we received.  We contacted the Glasgow Boiler Company for a quote and Ann came back to us really quickly to arrange a survey.  Angela came out a day later and surveyed our space and answered all the questions that we had, she was very knowledgeable.  Arrangements were made for our Boiler to be fitted the following week due to a cancellation and Andrew and Patrick arrived bright and early and had our Boiler fitted super quick, they work really well as a team.  They were extremely professional, cheery and tidied up any mess that they made and then explained how the boiler and thermostat worked.  Overall, very happy with my boiler and the service we received was excellent.  Staff are very friendly and efficient and both Angela and Ann followed up with a courtesy call afterwards.  Would definitely recommend.

I was apprehensive about getting a new boiler, but it had to be replaced as it was over 20 years old. I decided to contact Glasgow boiler company for a quote, and then after speaking to Anne and Angela decided to get a boiler fitted. From the start of the job to it finishing i was not disappointed. Anne was always so lovely and helpful on the phone. Angela came out to my house and explained what type of boiler would be suitable and also when I had any questions they were both very prompt in their replies. If I could give Brian the boiler man 5 plus star review I would. He went above and beyond. There was no tap to switch of my water in the house and he traced all the pipe work back, and got it switched off. He was polite, courteous and very hard working, explained everything and left absolutely no mess. The boiler was fitted in a day. I couldn’t be home for Andrew to come out the next day for my safety check, he kindly phoned a member of my family just before he arrived so they could be in my house for him arriving. Outstanding service from them all and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Excellent once again. We are delighted with our new boiler & shower enclosure. This was the only company prepared to fit the above without a complete new bathroom! First call with Amy was informative & friendly, no sales pressure, reassuring me she was just a call away, big thank you for all the help.The team yesterday enthusiastic, non intrusive, completed the job despite some minor issuesBest of all ; the bathroom, hall & stairwell was left immaculate, hoovering & cleaning before they left. We wish them every success.

Great company start to finish. Replaced our boiler a while back. Installed a Worcester boiler and received interest free credit. Also called them when our flue pipe froze and they were happy to offer advice to help .

Had a full new heating system put in, Angela the surveyor came over and cost everything up and answered all my questions and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything. The guys who fitted the system were great and even fitted the radiators I purchased, nothing was a hassle for them. Very professional company, would highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with at The Glasgow Boiler Company were very helpful and professional. Angela did our survey and gave great advice about boiler choice, finance options, warranties and aftercare. Ann in the office kept us up to date regarding dates and times for fitting our new boiler. On the day Stuart the installation engineer was efficient and kept us up to date with developments and was quick to rectify a minor issue. The area was left clean and Stuart spent time explaining the new system to us before leaving. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company .

We had a boiler fitted from Glasgow Boiler Company last month.(Nov 2022)The service we received from Angela and Anne when getting the quote and booking the job was great. Angela was informative and did not attempt to up sell. She advised us on the best product for our needs. Anne was very helpful on the phone regarding booking and payment, and also after the fact when we enquired about the aftercare package.The boiler and thermostats were installed by Adam and Darren. Both were helpful, quick and didn't leave any mess. They both took the time to go over the new equipment with me and Darren was very accommodating with regards to removing the old thermostats and relocating the replacements.I would definitely recommend.EDIT - I have removed two stars from my rating due to the experience we had after our boiler service. Upon completion of our boiler installation we chose to sign up to the £15 a month package which covers labour, parts and annual servicing. Our service was booked for Friday 25th Nov between 12 and 4pm. Engineer arrived on time and only spent 30 minutes servicing the boiler, which is to be expected as it’s only a year old.He left my property at 2.30pm. At around 4pm I put on my hot tap and no water came out at all. I called the Glasgow Boiler Company for some advice as I assumed a valve had been closed and not reopened after the service but wanted to know which one so I didn’t do anything detrimental to the boiler. They advertise on google as closing at 5pm and on their website it states they’re open until 8pm. I called repeatedly between 4pm and 4.30pm to no avail, eventually leaving a voicemail with my phone number explaining the issue and requesting a call back. I sent an email to the ‘urgent’ email address given in the installation pack with the same information.We heard nothing from them until my husband received a call (despite it being my phone number left when requesting a call back) on Monday morning from a woman who claimed to have been on call on Friday and couldn’t explain why our calls, voicemail and email were not picked up. She offered no apology either, or any explanation as to why they don’t seem to operate during their advertised opening hours. Needless to say we have cancelled the package (which increased to £19 a month just after we took it!) and in future we will have our boiler serviced by the wonderful local engineer who helped me fix my boiler over the phone despite being on holiday.I haven’t named the engineer here because my issue is not with the fact he made a genuine human error, but with the company’s unreliability and lack of care in this instance.I would still recommend for installation due to the ease of the whole process but the package they offer seems useless if they won’t answer the phone because they’ve gone home early on a Friday.
