I was in this garage for the first time, the woman who works at the reception is very rude and even yells at me. I'm a customer, the service should be kind and friendly, but I got the opposite. Apart from paying for everything that needed to be fixed on the car, I expected it to be done as it should, unfortunately this was not done either. I advise the owner to pay attention to the problems with his staff if he does not want to lose more customers. I will not return as a customer as I have not recommended this garage to anyone, I am very disappointed with the entire service .

I will Report them To Council and DVSA.Very very bad Garage, unprofessional and very bad customer services the Girl at reception very rude. I went for Taxi Mot and Normal Mot test which was booked 2 weeks in advance! It looked like the receptionist Lady was not in a good mood that day and had arguments with her boss and she started to swear at me in front of her Stupid boss and they told me to take the car to another garage. What an idiots because of their argument they let the customers down. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN.

Very rude stuff specially the receptionist, I would never take my car there again , and they failed my car on mot for silly reasons even my mechanic said they were really harsh.

I called at 14:59 today to book an MOT and was answered by a lady who offered an appointment for 11am tomorrow. She then asked me where l had my MOT done previously, of which l told her l wasn't sure or it could have been Mick off portland road but not sure of the garage name.Her response was '' I can't do it'', I then asked her the reason why at which time she said ''I just don't want to'' and hung up the phone on me. I was left dumbfounded by this response from this lady. Why on earth does she still have a job, with so many reviews echoing the same sentiments.To the owner of the business these reviews are there to help improve your customer service, retain the customer base that you have and gain more. She is not fit for purpose, will not recommend you guys to anyone. Appalling customer service.

I have been using these lovely folks for years. Kind, efficient and professional - and have helped on a couple of fast turn around emergencies too. They are always very open about costs and up for problem solving - and very reasonable too. I feel in good hands.

Best garage in Hove, Just done my clutch, alway friendly and honest, Lisa kept me updated all the way! Great team. Cannot recommend enough.

Rude staff, silly mistakes, and dishonest trading.Having previously had a good relationship with this garage I am sad to now be discouraging others from using them, however I have lost faith in the integrity and competency of the garage.This summer they conducted my service & MOT, however the following day the engine check light came on. I called the garage for advice and was greeted by staff shouting at me for accusing them of not being able to do their jobs. They reluctantly agreed to see it the next day, and vaguely put this down to “something just needed tightening”, and apologised.I decided to give the garage the benefit of the doubt having previously had good experiences. However over the next few months I noticed a steering wheel judder which gradually worsened. Hove MOT advised this was likely due to issues with wheel alignment so booked my car in for a service. After conducting this and taking another £207 (less than 6-months after the summer service) they informed me they do not have the facilities to align wheels and I would have to pay elsewhere to have this done. I am appalled they took my money knowing the suspected cause and knowing they were unable to resolve this.I raised these concerns with the company director, whom ignored the issues of duplicitousness and stated he will merely accept that he has an unhappy customer in this instance.As such, I no longer trust the competency and honesty of this garage and will not be returning and urge others to consider taking their business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!There is a lady at the reception who was very rude and annoying. For no reason she maneged to create an issue and escalated the tension to the degree that made me left without making my booking. I have experienced the worst attirude towards me as a customer from that lady in my life. The garrage itself is fine but I do not understand how can such an unfriendly person work in the reception!

Really rude lady at the phone. I wanted to get the MOT but I’m from Spain and, probably, my english is not the best. She literally hung up the phone because I said “I need to pass the MOT” instead of “get the MOT”. Hilarious.
