I really can't believe how I was duped by A6 phonemaster, between them and the hazel grove shop they supposedly put a new part on my phone after the first part they put on was faulty. I found out today whilst visiting another shop for a small repair that the part phonemaster put on was a botch job not a new replacement. It's not worth the hassle to go back there, I've found a genuine shop now and I'll stay with them. Ignore the reviews most are put on before you leave the shop because they ask you to do it.they conned me don't fall.for it.

Great service, the guy was really friendly and fixed my phone with no issues. He even wrote me a couple of days later just to check everything was still ok. I call that a good service.

I was experiencing problems with my phone battery which was draining quicker than normal. I contacted A6 who offered to replace the battery. The gentleman explained that he could replace the battery straight away so I brought my phone into the shop and in roughly an hour the job was done and problem sorted. Excellent customer service, helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Thanks

Bought a new Samsung to replace an old Huawei at a competitive price. Ash was very patient and helpful, as we encountered problems with the internet provider. Would use again and recommend.
