Great place with fantastic staff. Who know what they are talking about. No pressure sales. They listen to a customers needs. Would highly recommend

It's ok, gave us a couple of ideas for our bathroom but I would have liked more to browse at.Its ground floor so easily accessible for disabled & mothers with babies.Although I got a couple of ideas I wont be buying from them.

A well laid out showroom with plenty of good ideas and choice. Plesent staff who are very knowledgeable.

My husband and I were looking for a shower enclosure for a narrowboat we are fitting out, we went to Easy bathrooms at Barnsley, and could not have been any more impressed, the quality and choice was great, we made use of a Jubilee discount and saved money, Luke was great really helpful when we discussed what we were after, despite not buying anything that day he listened to what we needed, as we needed to measure up and check height clearance on the boat we made a second trip today and bought what we needed. A really helpful attitude from staff, no hard sales, just good old fashioned great customer service. Would definitely shop here again and plan to buy other items that we intended to buy elsewhere. Nice little friendly store, plenty on offer

Decent quality fixtures and fittings but pricey at the same time. They are supply only but do use independent fitters. All went smooth up until delivery when first thing the sink was smashed so had to get a new one. Then when toilet was being fitted we were informed there was no cistern with it? Why would a toilet not come with a cistern? Had to pay extra for that the vanity unit for toilet is damaged in three places and they have charged for a new one because its been installed? Its a legal requirement to have a toilet in place so how else would we notice without installing it first? And now we have a tap leaking and it's going to take more time to sort. I will ad none of these issues are down to the fitter this is all quality issues from the supplier

Amazing showroom with plenty of choice. Staff really helpful and gave good honest advice. Not just sales people they really care about you. Will definitely recommend .

Quite expensive even though the quote was at discounted prices. Found the same elsewhere 30% cheaper.
