We called on Saturday morning as our toilet was blocked. Ashley arrived early afternoon, quickly resolved the blockage and used his camera to check the pipe. He also gave advice on what to do should it happen again. We did have some equipment prior to his visit, but it wasn't to the right spec. It is now!
