Great car dealership. I have just upgraded my car last week. Itd the 2nd car I've had from there, great customer service, friendly, they sorted the tax and the log book for me, serviced and mot the car. I will return to upgrade in a few years.

Top service from Martyn, no pressure and he genuinely wanted to help. Cars are very well presented, wished I came here sooner because I would of saved a lot of time! Even Sunny made sure the car was sparkling on delivery!Avoid availible car... just come here for a quality affordable car and 5* service!

Have brought 2 cars from motor land in Walsall. And I have found them very helpful and we were served by Andy who was very helpful and honest. I think all the people who work there were very informative and kind and polite and honest and they helped when we asked them questions and they guided us through the process. absolute disgrace of a company bought a car from them two days later broke down on the motorway.bwas told to get towed home and they would pay for the problem to be fixed which cost me over £800 they paid to fix the fault then 3 months later the same fault happend on a family day out and when i called they said i would need to get the car towed to walsall from scotland which i thought was absolutely shocking. while driving home the warning lights went off so we thought the problem had sorted itself. then later after that we went to travel from scotland to west midlands to see family and the same fault happened again which caused us having to get towed over 200 miles and was told the fuel was contaminated which was obviously a pack of lies because all our friends and family use the same garage and we contacted the garage and there was no faults. this company has refunded me no money for what i have had to pay out and when i have tried to contact them for information for my solicitor they either ignore you or put the phone down on you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! i asked am and adam for there bosses number indy" to speak to him and heard them say we cant give his number out they will need to wait to be called! absolute disgusting customer service would never recommend this company to anyone definately run by a group of conmen!"

First time using motorland excellent service both Paul from Hednesford and Martin from Walsall Wood were very helpful. We bought from Martin in the end nothing was a problem very honest genuine man. Will definitely use and recommend motorland for our next car.

Could not fault my experience of buying a new car from Motorland Brownhills. I had the pleasure of dealing with Martyn and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went so smoothly! From start to finish the service was excellent! For sure will now be my go to place when It’s time for another new car :)

Excellent service from start to finish, managed to find us a better deal on finance with lower APR without us having to even ask them.They also cleared the existing finance on my old car which was significantly more than the car is worth as trade in, overall extremely happy with doing business with these guys and we will definitely return in the future.Overall 10/10 service.

I have reserve a car with £100 deposit with Mr Martin I found a cheaper car and rang them next day that I have changed my mind Mr Amrik from Walsall told me he will call me back after speaking to his colleague who sold me the car. I have went there today to get my deposit back Mr Armik asking me to pay him another £400 cancellation charge and I will not get my deposit back very rude and unprofessional man. On the day of purchase I have never given any terms and conditions forms or tell me verbally about these charges the is the first ever time I had a this bad experience I did not get my deposit back. this company has refunded me no money. absolute disgusting customer service would never recommend this company to anyone definately.
