Group of 26 last night, handed 52 out of 72 drink tokens (glad I checked) paid for 36 places.Realised once handing the tokens out to the group that I was still 4 short, I may of miscounted because the tokens was stuck together but I didn't see it being an issue considering I was short changed £100 in drinks tokens at first - staff did hand me the additional four tokens.The two points I wanted to raise was two different issues, the first who was a member of staff who had a bit of a chip on her shoulder without being polite or understanding of drunks around them, she looked like she was having a really bad day getting irritated by members of public being in her way when moving around the club and the second was the female who served me at the bar for two spirits with mixers, who almost charged me for two doubles and when I explained it was singles she very politely told me it was a doubles bar which I could not see anywhere that stated you would automatically be served doubles and I think that's a bit of a snidey money making tactic from the owners.I have been in contact with Roxys since October and had several different prices since getting quotes for 36-40 people, each time the price getting higher and being given an excuse certain activities wasnt available.I don't think I'll be spending almost £1,700 with this company ever again however I will add that all of our party did enjoy themselves including myself other than those few issues.

We came here for drinks and food the bar is a sports bar and has lots of different drinking games such as bowling, beer pong and crazy pool etc so it is really fun place and great for groups. We had the burger which came with these amazing crinkle cut potatoes and a pizza which was also really good we also had halloumi fries and chicken wings total bill was £35.Great bar and great music and they sell my favourite ale Camden hells which is a winner

Came here really for the pool, plenty of fun activities to do, overall a good vibe, nice choice of drinks. The pool for an hour is quite pricey, to be honest at £16Has a nice outside bit, great for the summer and the staff were friendly and is worth a try for sure.A***LDT x

I have always enjoyed my visits to Roxys, the Hannover St always seems to have a more intimate, family feel. Staff are always really friendly and service is excellent. We played shuffle board and pool on the most resent visit along with some amazing food. Big shout out to the manager Lee who made the effort to come and speak to us and check we were having a great evening!

Had an amazing time when I called in recently. Such a good vibe and our bartender Lucy was so helpful and new menu well as we weren't sure what to have and she had some amazing recommendations. 100% will return. Thanks Lucy!

Had an amazing time at Roxy ballroom playing shuffle board and having some drinks on the terrace!! The location is ideal right near the centre of Liverpool and close to concert square. The servers on shift couldn’t help us enough, always making sure we had drinks and even brought over more sand to the table for our game. Thank you so much to Holly, Harry and the team at Roxy for making it a memorable experience.

Great atmosphere and the food & drink is incredible. Service was stellar, in particular, Lucy was amazing, really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, made us feel super comfortable, music was great too, honestly didn't want to leave! Highly recommend.
