My star is only for some doctors who are very good.30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up my call and they keep hanging up the phone every 4 minutes and 30 seconds.Have been told my doctor will contact me and I'm still waiting after 24 hours.Terrible receptionist service, they treat you like you are someone inferior and they never listen to you.

Called for an appointment was told I'd get a call back only to find that it wasn't under my name but someone else with the same date of birth, was then told would have to register on Thursday on a first come first serve basis...ridiculous

Have been calling to book an appointment with the GP for 5 days straight 3 of those no one answered n after waiting for an 1hour and a half only told to call the next day n I have been calling for 2hrs to not get and answer called back only to be told the same nonsense call back at 8 like at this rate what's the point

No stars given this place is a absolute joke want answer phones want give appointments run out of appointments at 0801am when told to call at 8am doctor not reading records then calling my elderly mother with dementia to ask what’s wrong with her when they should be calling family members got a meeting with local councillor to let them no how ridiculous this place has become

The reviews here are shocking, I was so worried about registering as a patient.I am happy to say that my visits to the center have been great, no problem seeing a Dr and the Drs have been fantastic. Do not be put off by all the angry reviews!

Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre
My daughter had a special needs dental appointment last year.It was a a time when we had a torrential downpour. Apparently the centre was closed. It was, allegedly open to those with appointments.so when you arrived the relevant clinician would let you into the building. There were lots of people behind the locked door looking at us and watching us get soaked. Sady we had to leave. Stay away from this horrible place.

Been going to the Dentist for a while now with Helen & Jean who are absolutely excellent, they take good care of you before, during & after your visit & today was no different.After anotherextraction today they took very good care of me as they always do. U sit on the phone for about a hour before someone picks up that's if they do u get told doctor will u phone and never dose and if my appointment is at 10 then I should be seen on my appointment time not 20 to 30 mins later I dont find that i need to tell receptionist wat is the matter with me that's y I want to speak or see a doctor last time I check doctors and nurses need to have spent years training to be a a doctor and how can they just simply hung the phone up wen u have been on the phone for a hour p*s take and some of the other workers like to think there r above use
