Their sales agents - Jade is absolutely unprofessional. She does not know what appointment is next and pass on incorrect information. She never updates customer on any progress. She forgets appointment, doesn’t attend at the time of appointment. She got baffled up as mentioned by her senior. She did know how to attend and manage customers. They will send you property details mentioning it’s available, when you visit them they will say its sold off lately. No updates till you physically appear.Each person in their complaints procedure will make you tired and exhausted. Just supporting each other’s back. Only advise try any other developer not them.
