Everycare Hillingdon

I wanted to thank all the staff at Everycare for the excellent care you have given my mother over the last few years. It allowed her to remain independent until 99. It meant a lot to us that she was in such good hands.

Every care company has its ups and downs and things they do better than others but in my opinion Everycare excel in providing high levels of care to those in the community. The attentiveness and caring nature of the carers reflects well on the management.In all honesty, I think Everycare Hillingdon are great! I worked with Everycare for 3 years progressing from a carer to a senior carer and then care coordinator. Everycare give lots of opportunities for growth and development and I really enjoyed my time there. The carers and staff in the office are lovely and the clients are all wonderful. Despite leaving for personal reasons, I know if ever I was to return back to Everycare I would be accepted with open arms as everybody is friendly and welcoming.

This care provider never puts a foot wrong. My 95 year old mother gets on really well with the carers who all have enough time to chat with her. Often the only human contact during the day they make a huge difference to her quality of life and my peace of mind

Everycare looks after my 92yo brother in law who is senile, incontinent, awkward, bed-bound and refuses to speak. They do an amazing job which most carers would refuse to do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have found the service and support of Everycare Hillingdon branch to be exceptional. They are extremely reliable and have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother in law is well cared for. They have resolved numerous issues which has reduced my stress levels. They are proactive when identifying potential problems and keep me informed of all remediation activities. The management team always make themselves available to take my calls and regularly call me to provide care progress update as I live several miles away. Good carers are hard to find and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Everycare.

Everycare respond quickly and efficiently. Their carers adapt to any and all situations, bringing extra care, attention and social interaction to my elderly father living in a care home. I would recommend Everycare Hillingdon without reservation.

I have been using EveryCare for the past six months to support my elderly mother. I have found their service excellent. All the carers we have used have been professional and kind and they have all provided a very good level of service to my mother. I find all the staff easy to deal with and they accommodate any reasonable requests I make whenever they can. The manager, Anu, it's very easy to contact and has met our needs whenever possible. I have no hesitation in recommending EveryCare.

Everycare Hillingdon have been providing our Mother with care visits for several months now. She has been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's and as there are no family members living nearby we engaged with Everycare to provide welfare visits to check in on her, provide some companionship, ensure she is eating well and has plenty of food in the house. We have found Everycare to be professional and well organised and the carers are punctual and polite. Our Mother has reported that the carers are 'very nice' and she looks forward to their visits. I'd like to thank Everycare, especially her main carer, Jannatul, for providing an excellent service.

We joined Everycare in June, following the closure of our previous care company, with whom we had been very happy. It was also recommended by a friend, and our previous manager.It took a little while for my husband to adjust to having a larger number of carers than he had been used to, but he is now very settled, with a more regular team. The personal care he receives is very good, and he enjoys being taken out for a walk when there is a companionship visit.The management are very approachable, and any minor issues have been dealt with promptly and helpfully.

Everycare Hillingdon was reccomended to us for our 83yr old mum who just needs a little more TLC after a fall she had in June.She is very capable of independent living but we are all reassured by the amazing carers who pop over every morning Monday-Friday. They oversee the morning routine, help with showering, get breakfast and general tidying up including changing mum's bedding every couple of weeks.They always make time for a coffee and a chat at the end of their hour. This really does set mum up for the day.Thank you to all the wonderful carers, you are a great team.Thanks also to Anu Gokhani who was extremely personable and friendly when we were looking into getting care for mum.We can thoroughly reccomend Everycare to look after your loved one.Review by Dawn Howes
