High quality chocolate gifts- rather expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for! Staff are helpful, and they do some great event-themed bits for Christmas and Easter etc.

Badly let down after ordering product and paying the extra for next day delivery.This is part of a valentine's Day gift so when it didn't arrive I phoned the help line. 10 mins later, it was answered by Floyd who told me the order delivery date would be next month.I cancelled the order. If you can't communicate with your customers, then don't carry out business on line.

Very friendly staff. We were offered a sample of the Caffe Latte, which was really nice too. I bought a box of hot chocolate sachets for my Velvetiser.

I dropped in to buy an Easter egg today and was offered a Loyalty card which would apparently give me a 15% discount straightaway. I bought the egg and - wait for it - no discount was appliedt. Oh no I'm told, that's on your next purchase.Either this offer was very cleverly worded or this is sharp practice. I am distinctly underwhelmed and am in no hurry to use my new 'Loyalty card' the issuing of which as had the opposite effect. Shop with care people.

I bought some chocolate for my parents but it turned out to be stale. We usually buy chocolate from here and felt it was quite unusual. I returned to store and was not offered a refund by a Sales Assistant. I complained to HC via the website and soon the Store Manager Chantelle got in touch. She called me and listened to the problem I had and apologised for it not being resolved first time round. She invited me back into store to get a refund. When I went into store Chantelle recognised me immediately and apologised for her colleagues mistake, she offered me a full refund and let me choose some chocolate free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. She could not have been more apologetic for the mistake and the way it was resolved has convinced me to continue shopping there.Naomi

Shop amazing stuff itself , but the male employee is a little offputting with his demeanour. I felt uncomfortable whilst browsing and didn’t buy anything as a result of wanting to leave

Nice chocolate, mean about loyalty cards, unlike other stores, no opportunity to add points after purchase. Thumbs down especially given the prices!!
