Picked my Alfa up when broken down in a supermarket car park on 23rd December. Car was totally immobile due to automatic gearbox failure.Had to wait a while as they were busy at this time of year but the guy who came was a skilled professional who used a radio controlled tracked lifting machine to extract the vehicle.The negative and angry reactions of some car drivers whose way was temporarily blocked amazed me.Apparently recovery drivers get abuse all the time for doing a job which helps others.they deserve our respect.Thank you, Jacksons, for getting me out of that mess.

Was recovered today from a really busy road in Coventry. Arrived in less than an hour in a vehicle which was perfect for my car which sits very low to the ground. The chap was really calm, thoroughly competent and inspired confidence at a moment when that was just what I needed. He was really helpful. A very positive experience for my first recovery in 39 years of driving. Thank you.

Poor service, as subcontracted by aa, meant to be here in the morning. Missed that slot and being told 90 mins extra twice now. What that means is I've lost a day waiting, and potentially more time tomorrow. If they come today they will also make me miss the mechanics yard so car will be sitting outside in a low secure area. Poor service.

Shocking service picking me up two hours later then picking up other vehicles up and seeing to them whilst I sit in there truck for another 3 hours before I’ve even been taken to my garage that is now shut. Neva again will I use these

Absolute shocking service from this nasty company with very rude people. Are AA crazy using such a ridiculous lot. Rang me to say they are half hour away and 3 hrs later still left waiting. When I rang up, the lady blamed AA when it was Jacksons driver that rang to adv he was 30 mins away. Awesome blame ur client that gives u work for providing your bad service....

Carl from Jacksons was an absolute star today, I am disabled, I had my 78yr old mum with me & 6 dogs, we were returning from holiday. I called AA while stranded at side of M42 in heavy rain when my windscreen wipers stopped working, I was on the hard shoulder next to 3 live lanes of motorway traffic, the AA said I was in a safe place, this wasn't true, they also told me they wouldn't recover the dogs as they were classed as livestock! I was extremely distraught, believing I was stranded several hours away from home on a motorway with no clue how to get home. Thank goodness Carl from Jacksons turned up & not the AA, he got us all home safely!!! I am so grateful & can't say enough good things about this compassionate dog friendly recovery driver, I highly recommend this company.

IAN was a Knight in Shining Armour!At 1am in the morning he put my car on the back of his truck, helped me into the lorry cabin, then parked my car outside my mechanic’s garage for them to fix in the morning before driving me home.Ian is cheerful, friendly, helpful… just perfect!BIG THANK YOU!!
