The locksmith, Richard, arrived at the right time at very short notice. Was very polite and friendly. He was also very reasonably priced, efficient and gave me all the information I needed. I would certainly recommend.

Cannot thank Richard enough he sent a locksmith at nearly midnight as my mum was collapsed and we couldn't get in the house. They came as quickly as they could even though they were 25 miles away as no one would help locally. The service was excellent quick and efficient and the locksmith was polite, helpful and knows his trade assesed the situation and got us in in minutes.A1 Service.

I would highly recommend Omnisec as I recently had to find an emergency locksmith late on a Saturday night, as my Dad's keysafe was broken and his overnight carer couldn't open it to let herself in. I was away on holiday at the time and don't live near the area so I tried contacting a few local locksmiths and Richard was the only one to respond. He was so helpful and reassuring, even coordinating with the carer to make sure he got to the house before she got back so she wouldn't be sat feeling vulnerable on her own. The cost was very reasonable considering it was midnight on a Sat night. Brilliant service from a lovely man.

I was so pleased to have Richard come to my assistance when I couldn't open my front door with the key.He is someone who clearly takes pride in his work and doesn't stop until he has fixed any issues that he has noticedWhen I called Omnisec they said a locksmith would be with me in 25 minutes, and he arrived on time. There was no faff, no comments. He just got on with the job. The door was opened without damage to the lock or door. The key no longer worked in the lock but as it was a good quality lock, so he replaced the cylinder and gave me 3 new keysI was inside and had a working lock.Most technicians would have left at this point, however on examining the door Richard wasn't happy as the lock wasn't aligned to the catch on the frame. He then realigned the catch. Opening the door has always been difficult, now it is so much easier.The price was very reasonable for nearly 2 hours work and parts. I would happily recommend him to family and friends.

Delighted with the prompt response first thing Sunday morning, to fix french doors that no longer locked. Picking Omnisec was a bit random,on the back of a Google search, but the firm have really good reviews and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent communication throughout, and managed everything we needed in a timely and reliable way, even after one part of the job was more complicated than anticipated. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using ourselves in the future!

Absolutely fantastic service in a very difficult situation. I called Omnisec on Saturday morning and they were able to come out this afternoon, Monday, to sort out a broken lock in my son's flat. My son had to go to hospital and as I live in Norwich the situation was very difficult. They were kind and considerate on the phone, arrived at the appointed time and sorted the problem in 15mins. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I couldn't lock my front door as the door appeared to have 'dropped '. I had been having trouble with it but could not find someone I trusted. So left it until I was forced to find someone.I reviewed several locksmiths online, wary of 'cowboys'. I was impressed by Omni-sec's website , which explained well their services, and what to be aware of in locksmith choice.Richard came out quickly, and sorted the problem. The door needs replacing but his repair works and gives us time.Richard is very professional, explains well, and is thorough. It was a pleasure to find someone with great expertiseand nice manners! And he is not one of those people who play loud music asthey work! The quote on the phone was what we payed, and very reasonable.So, if you have an emergency with your lock, ring Omnisec! You will be in safe hands.

Absolutely brilliant!!! This company dealt with a broken lock within our bifolds which no one else was able to do. Richard was fantastic, he sorted the problem swiftly and without the complicated, expensive work others had said would be needed. What a star!!
