Poor lady serving seemed a bit battle-worn, but the quality of the food was fabulous- I was quite taken aback. Haven’t had such lovely fish and chips in aaaages.And only a short wait in a busy shop right by the beach. It’s fast becoming a favourite pit stop on the way home from a day out.

Lovely fish and chips on our way home from the beach,staff were friendly and food wasn't greasy,a few tables outside but midges were around so sat in the car.Will definitely visit again

Once again, absolutely great. Phoned ahead and checked you had everything in stock. All good. Ordered ahead and everything was there waiting for us. The plant based sausages are the absolute dream, especially with the curry sauce. Please always stock the plant based sausages forever. Best we've had anywhere! Four very happy people after a very long bike ride. Perfect end to a very windy day. Thank you

We stopped on our way back from a lovely dog walk along the coast and had the best fish and chips ever! Lovely outside seating area too that dogs are welcome in too.

Excellent quality food. Sometimes you have to wait for the food to be cooked but its worth it. The cod I had was nice and chunky and the batter was not too excessive. The shop also sells other items and also cold drinks. Well worth a visit after you've been down the beach. Parking is in a service road nearby so that's easy too.

Last minute meal at Simon’s was the plan as we needed dinner. Staff were kind. The Cod portions are very generous! The nuggets were crispy and all the food was fresh and hot. Drinks were ice cold too. (Needed on a sunny day). Outside seating is available and it caught the sun really well. It’s a perfect stop off on the way to Hengistbury Head. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Usually very nice fish and chips, but tonight (12/October) very undercooked batter, soggy and anemic. Will give it one more go, if the same I will go elsewhere.

Didn’t want to post a bad online and went to them direct a couple of weeks ago with no response.I ordered fish and chips as I only live a couple of roads away as recently moved so was hoping to have you as my local chip shop.Unfortunately, the fish is SO overcooked and dry- I’ve never had fish from a chip shop like it. The batter actually scratched the roof of my mouth.The wait was quite long as there was only one person infront of me and there was clearly tension between the man and woman behind the till.I’m sorry but I won’t be returning or recommending.
