Everest Hand Car Wash

Do not use this place. My mum recently purchased a car and left it with Everest to have the car cleaned. When she picked up the car, she found dog hair in the footwells, the seats hadn't been shampooed as promised and a staff member acknowledged the dirt that was left in the car. The manager was extremely rude and went into detail about how he pays over £2000 a month in bills. My mum told the manager she has been there several times before and was very happy but the service this time was bad. The manager replied 'I don't want your custom, don't return!' He wouldn't even look in the car to see the work he had left. Ended up with a £25 refund and a partially cleaned car, despite paying £55 for the service and leaving a £5 tip. If you want a clean car, don't go here.
