My wife Carol and I have been getting our glasses at this branch for years, and the main reason we return is the friendly genuine care of service that you receive is second to none.The whole team are super professional, our dealings are usually with Jonathan a lovely calm man who on our recent visit was all by himself due to a shortage of staff that day. As we waited I observed how he went from customer to customer keeping all his balls in the air!!Would definitely recommend this branch 100%Brian & Carol Hardiman

Say the gentleman that tested, my husband‘s eyes was fine. He was okay, sorted them out but the girl dealt with him. My husband shouldn’t got a clue what she was doing and now we got the glasses and she hasn’t fitted them properly and we’ve got to go back again and the first pair of glasses she gave him. She said all these your distinct glasses and they were his reading glasses. I mean my God it’s ridiculous and we got them from the Tesco’s in Winchester

Some rude old man turned me away when I was late for my appointment. I do understand that I can't be accommodated as I was 15 minutes late due to traffic, and I know I cannot make any excuses for that. However how he said NO to his member of staff who is a really lovely lady and how he said they only have a grace period of 5 minutes put me off. It could have been communicated better. They offered to rebook me but I won't come back here again as there is such lack of empathy and acquire services from somewhere else.

Absolutely superb service from the first minute I arrived to leaving. The optometrist who tested me (Graham?) was on another level.His enthusiasm for his profession was clear and he went above and beyond explaining everything he could.I will certainly use them again and have recommended them to all my family.

The routine eye test was brilliant.The staff were great.They were only let down by the lack of cheaper frames. I hardly ever wear glasses so I didn’t want to pay more than necessary. I left, thinking I would return in about a month when they might have more stock. I went for a coffee and ended up buying two pairs online - from a different company.
