Craig and his son attended our home as an emergency to fix a leak in our mains water pipe. They went above and beyond to navigate discussions with our insurance company and worked hard to fix the leak as it was in a tricky place. Craig was calm and professional and not only did he fix the leak he managed to turn a very stressful situation for us into a positive experience with his kindness and support! Craig is a credit to this company and we are so grateful. We can't thank them enough!

Metro Plumb were appointed by my insurance Home Emergency service. Craig came to find the leak under our bath the same day, despite it being late in the evening. Having identified the issue, he didn't happen to have the right part with him, so organised for his colleague to come back the next day to do the replacement which they did quickly with no problems.Craig texted later that day to check I was happy with the repair.Very happy with the service, would recommend.
