I honestly could not recommend a better coach to help me along my fitness journey. During the time me and Jewade have been working together not only have I been able to accomplish things I never thought possible but I have also learnt so much from Jewade that I have been able to apply to my studies whilst at university and clients being a PT myself. Jewade is incredibly friendly and up for a laugh and constantly strives to improve his quality of service and is always further educating himself in order to ensure he optimises what he provides for you. I am only weeks away from a photoshoot and Jewade has show support and guidance throughout the entire process and his knowledge and expertise are truly unmatched. I can’t thank him enough and look forward too seeing what we will achieve in the future

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea which was having a negative impact on my day to day life. I knew I had to loose weight to reverse the condition. Jewade helped me through the process of weight loss. I found him to be very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He catered the whole program around weight loss and body definition. With in the space of 9 months I lost almost 18kg. Without Jewade’s expertise I don’t think I would’ve reached my goal. The training sessions were fun but extensive at times. I would highly recommend Jewade to help you through your journey to reach your goals.
