Never answer calls or emails. Finally on the 7th call between 2 of us we had a answer.Sadly don't carry simple parts for small jobs , was recommended but never got as far as having the job looked at :(

Booked a service in February for April 20th I phoned 08.30 as I wasn’t sure if it was the 20th or the 21st just got an answer stating she wasn’t there leave my number and she would call me back alas no call back though out the day I phoned 7 times up to 6pm still no call back today the 21st again I phoned at 08.30 it was booked for 09.30 again got a answer stating she would call me back it is now 10.05 no call back and no service engineer has turned up. What a fine company Red Brick Caravans are will never use them again.

I had a complete caravan service for peace of mind and an external plug fitted. Excellent workmanship excellent knowledge. I can not recommend them enough. I will be using their services again.

Just collected my Stargazer from James,everything done,resealed ,new sink unit in shower,new wastepipe & new high pressure internal water pump. Can’t fault him,kept us informed all the way through. Reasonably priced. All round nice guy. Have no problems recommending him for any job on your motorhome or caravan.

Cant thank you enough. James really was the silver lining to my bad week. Repair was made very professionally and was fairly cheap too couldn't believe my final bill am so pleased a real big thanks to James. Called before attending to give me a arrival time and a hand shake greeting. Very professional great time keeping and punctual. 100percent recommended and will be in contact again for a service. Had a service on our 1st caravan and James was very helpful, organised and thorough with the process at a very reasonable price for the time and work carried out. Highly recommended.To my surprise it seems my Uncle had some work done by red truck recently and left a positive review. We found red truck independently!
