Rising Cafe
Rising Cafe is one if not THE best place to eat in Lincoln. Eveytime we go, the food is a genuine 10 out of 10, and the people working there are superb.Check out the Cauliflower Tempura Wings with Firecracker sauce. Wow.

What a lovely experience after having missed out on my previous trips to Lincoln.Such an amazing concept and location, with genuine decorative balance.The food is quirky, but everything you'd need for brunch or more. The coffee was good, but I'm a snob and would probably recommend somewhere else if you're wanting a specialty brew.Regardless, a real contender for the best brunch and lunch in the city, with lovely surroundings, and just enough away from the main drag to not be overly busy, even on peak days.

Best cafe in Lincoln. Extremely friendly staff, as well as amazing food and even allowed me and others to host art projects here. The food here is amazing and not even expensive, always has me coming back. The staff are very friendly and recognise regulars. Welcoming place with amazing decor and food.

Lovely, clean, light and airy decor with the odd quirky twists. Greeted quickly by friendly staff. Ordered The Ross" and was surprised at the size of the meal but were assured that they could arrange for us to take away any leftovers. Served in a timely manner. Food very tasty and hot. Excellent value for money. All staff helpful and approachable. Great relaxed experience and they even had festive toilet paper!"

Dog friendly, great service and very polite staff who are also volunteers. We had the BLT sandwich and Turkish egg. Both were excellent and nicely presented.

Travelled from Cambridge and arrived to a very warm welcome from Lizzie who gave us an intro to the story behind the cafe and its team. The food was amazing - our thanks to the chef. Really great coffee too. The ambiance was great. Credit to all the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. Wishing you all a bright and happy future. We will be back.

Tried this place based on a recommendation. The staff were amazing and the food was 5*!! Very much enjoyed my time there and the food to.. Will be a returning customer!The money goes to a charity and the staff are volunteers.I have already told my colleagues to try the place out next time they are in lincoln!!

Out for the day in Lincoln and stopped here for lunch after seeing the good reviews. The food was very good, very tasty. Good coffee too, and we took cake away with us for later which was also very good! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

We had a great time at the Rising Cafe! I would highly recommend the Salmon Teryaki health bowl, it was to die for. And the cappuccinos were great, high quality ingredients!You wouldn't expect a place like this to be in the location it is, but it was a pleasant surprise. A real hidden gem!Will definitely be going back!
