Travelling yesterday and spring broke in car and bust my wheel . I was on my own and it was lashing rain . I had a spare tyre in my boot and I phoned and asked if you could change it over for me and I would pay the costs . I was half a mile from them and willing to pay all costs .The rude gentleman rudely said no and hung up . I always buy my tyres from them but I won’t from here on in .I was on my own and stranded .UnbelievableI phoned John Henry tyres and he did it no problem and I’m not a customer of his but I will now-0 out of 10 . No returnBy the way I didn’t ask for you todo it roadside . I was taking it to you . FactAnd you didn’t tell me you had no insurance . Fact
