Delighted that my employer has finally got shot of these clowns. Constant error strewn payslips and a complete inability to understand simple basic payroll concepts like shift allowance or overtime. Given what other reviews have said I'd describe Moorepay as vindictive nasty idiots. Good riddance

Despite the company name, absolutely useless at payroll. They don't have the slightest clue how to run a payroll properly and legally.

Awful company to do business with. I have used these people as part of my business over the last two years for HR services and found their advice very poor. On a situation where we used their HR representative to meet with a staff member on a grievance, they used different people every time which wasn't helpful and failed to take minutes in a particular meeting despite a formal request to do so. Their poor advice and unprofessional conduct made the whole situation worse so I decided that I didn't want to use them again. However, upon trying to cancel they have a very dodgy clause in their contract that says you need to give three months notice to cancel prior to the contract end which no one advised until it was too late so now I am in dispute and may go legal with this. For a company that is supposed to help, they have just caused me headaches so my advice to anyone considering using these cowboys is don't, they will try to rip you off and there are much better firms out there if you need advice on HR issues.
