Ilya was recommended to me after my initial contractor let me down. He and his team carried out a knock out of an external wall, cut out of brickwork, installation of a lintel, installation of a 1.8m patio door, plasterboarding and plastering of the new opening. Work was completed to a high standard on time and as discussed. In addition Ilya is lovely to deal with, professional and friendly and responsive to messages. Will use Sevastian again, without hesitation to finish my renovations.

We asked Ilya and his team to follow our home renovation project, which included renovating the dining room, kitchen, bathroom and alterations to form a pitched roof. He is very helpful and gives us many valuable advice on how to design and improve our lovely home. In the project implementation, he is responsible and willing to communicate with us.We are very happy and satisfied with the outcome, Ilya and his team are highly recommended.

Ilya and the team did a great job with a basement/store room conversion (the pictures really tell the story)! The room is very well insulated and in compliance with applicable regulations. We'll certainly be using their services for future house work and very much recommend using the company. They were very responsive to questions we had and very reliable too!

Ilya and team have worked well, neatly and tidily. They finished in good time and delivered great quality on the jobs we employed them for. We upgraded and insulated 2x flat roofs, changed all the internal doors, fitted a new bathroom, secured the back garden with new fencing to match the neighbour's, built a new shed and custom made loft room access and library ladder.
