Truly awful experience, a rude individual rather than doing the work they called Gas Safe with a false story to cap off the gas supply with a household with small children, when I questioned if they were certified, they refused to provide any details and stated their owner is but workers don't have to be. Avoid at all costs.

I am a Landlord and have used ThePlumbers. Org for a few years now. They know what they are doing technically. They are well organised and will get on site fairly quickly. I am happy to leave them to get on with jobs and I trust them to work in my properties unescorted. Their charges are reasonable and their billing procedures professional. I have no hesitation to recommend them to other customers.

I had a new shower room installed by these guys. it was flawless from start to finish. I previously had a loo and a basin only. they designed and built a brilliant shower room with underfloor heating.. highly recommend

They carried out several jobs, all of which I paid for at the time to the best of my belief and knowledge. 1 job they hadn't completed satisfactory/not got to the root of the problem. They promised me a second call-out free-of-charge for this inadequacy. They broke the verbal agreement and 6 months later sent me dozens of e-mails demanding monies for 'unpaid works'. They refused to go down the correct legal channels when demanding payments and I tried disputing the amounts. I paid up in the end as they were intimidating my mother (with legally threatening e-mails), the landlady who wanted to avoid stressful court action. I asked for the details of their formal complaints procedure, the name of the industry watchdog and details of legal associations/trade unions they belonged to. They refused point-blank to answer the questions on the telephone and ignored my e-mails requesting this; they wouldn't even confirm their business address when I requested it, because I had two opposing ones. They are hypocrites, bullies and have not been entirely truthful with me throughout my associations with them.

Very polite person booking. Said the engineer would have part to fix problem with them. Didn't- had to order. Wishful thinking I know.Engineer ordered parts promptly and returned to fix problem, but then found another problem overlooked and had to order another part. This meant another callout and more labour etc.This obviously pumped the price up.Total came up to half a grand when could have been high 300's or low 400's.

Avoid them!! I have been the victim of their manipulation and their rudeness.As a result its been 4 weeks and my boiler is still not fixed. I would have never written this, had i not been massively disappointed by their services . I have cold, cough and temperature and because of that I requested them to send someone soonest please as i have already been waiting for almost 4 weeks now to fix the boiler. In response to that lady who coordinates called me up and yelled at me and hung up on me. She did not give me a chance to even speak. Just because i texted her two times today that i am unwell and she should send the plumber today to fix my boiler which has been broken for 4 weeks now and they very well know it. I told them that i have been using cold water and thats not good for my health and in response they reply in such an offensive way and eventually called me up and yelled.I waited all this time for the boiler to be fixed, relied on them and they have just been playing games.Very very rude, very poor service, avoid them or you will regret.Choice is yours!!

Very poor communication - am a landlord and not at the property, they didn't call to discuss the problem like they had said they would. They charged me quite high rates for what they did, previously other plumbers charged a lot less. They only highlighted there was a further problem on their invoice, didn't call - obviously trying to get another call-out fee. Am very disappointed especially as the other reviews were favourable. Won't be using them again.
