Sr Katherine Parker is fantastic, very professional and able to do so much more than the previous nurses. She was able to prescribe medication.Overall a fantastic nurse, caring and thorough.

Very professional and supportive nurses (Kathrine) and Doctors. They are working tirelessly to gt my diabetes under control. I would recommend The Range Medical Centre.

Had my bloods taken by the lovely nurse Gemma. Made me feel calm and took her time with me. Didn’t feel a thing when she took my blood. Wonderful team here ❤️

Today I had a smear test with Katherine, she made me feel relaxed and was clear about the next steps following my results. It only taken a minute, so it was very quick!

I registered to this gp 1 month ago. They called me and said some information was missing in my application so they needed to know what country I was born. Provided all the details, I was then asked to go to the surgery and bring my ID and proof of address. Which I did And everything was fine. I called today and holded the line for 40 minutes hoping to get an appointment. They said I wasn't registered as some information were missing in my application and they needed to know my country of birth. I explained that this already happened and I already brought to the surgery all my documents, passport and so on. They said they will register me by next day, then I could ask for appointment. She didn't apologise, she was quite rude and aggressive. I said I was in real need of appointment and she kept repeating I wasn't in their system (as this was my fault) if I wasn't happy I was more than welcome to go to other practice and get registered elsewhere. Which I surely will, the way they treated me for their mistake was showing their approach, sending people to other practice if they forget to register them, what a joke, so unprofessional.

This practice is beyond horrific. I went to the practice today to register as a temporary patient. I informed the receptionist that I am pregnant. I got responses like 'you can't register as a temporary patient unless you are ill' ..i also got told as a temporary patient they couldn't refer me to St Mary's hospital etc...I challenged the receptionist that she should know that you are allowed to register as a temporary patient and shouldn't be turning patients away. At this point a patient in the waiting area got involved stood up and aggressively telling me that I was being rude and should get out of the surgery and that 'this is Moss Side' . This was a threat and as this woman was shouting at me , the staff did nothing despite knowing that I am pregnant. I had no choice but to leave as this patient was repeatedly shouting get out. The matter has been reported to the police.

All of staff are kind, considerate and helpful. The reception staff are constantly working so hard to help patients in a supportive way. Nurses are thoughtful and comforting. Doctors make you feel like you're being listened to and taken seriously, no matter your ailments. All of this despite the practice often being busy. I do not feel left out at all. By far the best practice I have been registered at.

Dr Suchit was kind, attentive and had a caring approach to my situation. The practice had a warm and welcoming atmosphere which put me at ease. I had a very positive first visit - thank you Dr Suchit :)

I was treated with consideration by all the staff at the centre. I was seen promptly by the nurse practitioner who was friendly and interested in my wellbeing. The treatment I received was carried out professionally and with care. RMC is a supportive place with helpful friendly staff.
