Pro Nails Zone

I visited the shop today (11/08/2023), the lady who worked at the shop Ask me what nails I would like. after I asked for pedicure she responded ‘we do not serve males’.My friend then replied to the woman saying ‘she is female’The woman then asked us to sit down and wait. After waiting 25 minutes, another customer came in and got started before me, even though the woman working there could visibly see that I was waiting she still decided not to serve me and then to serve the woman who had just came through the door. After this i stood up and left, this is deeply disheartening that In this day and age a transgender woman can be discriminated against, and the sheer ignorance someone can have towards any gender over a pedicure.

Unbelievable how rude the girls are in here disgusting service nails are great but atmosphere was so horrible and 1 of the girls was insulting me to my face and everytime i talked she was rolling her eyes and laughing i was so uncumftable just a bunch of 20 year old bullies running a nail shop will not be going back!

Been into this shop to day to ask about my nails was spoke to rudely by the girl after I used this salon fir many years now she also would take English to the other lady who worked there tried to tell me my toe nails would cist me 45.00 when I know that's 20 pounds more then I've ever been charged there I walked out I feel sorry for the lady who was treat bad in there to day who got refused to have her nails done just cause she is a trans gender lady

I visited the nail bar yesterday to get the colour of my nails changed which was fine. I also got my eyelashes done. The eyelashes have made my eyes swell and burn since having them done. They were burning and stinging while getting them done, which I was told was normal. I couldn’t sleep last night due to the pain. I have had to remove them this morning as I couldn’t stand the pain any longer. It took me 2 hours to get them off safely, however my face is still sore and I’ve lost half of my natural lashes. Maybe it’s my own fault getting my eyelashes done at a place with no prior testing. It’s been an ordeal the past 24 hours and I will never have my lashes done again and don’t know how long it will take for my natural lashes to return. I feel awful and don’t want to leave the house.

Best nail place around, always really good quality, shape and style of nails. Yhe prices are rrally faur too. The Range of colours and styles they can do is amazing. As with most nail bars there's no appointments, the girls all do a really good job but this can take a little while if they are busy, there were 3 staff and 11 people when i went and they did an amazing job getting everyone sorted, even when some of the customers attitudes were awful and these ladies didn't let it get to them they just got on with their job nicely and professionally. Thank you I will 100% be back and make sure all my friend and family come too.

Beeen going to Pro nails for nearly 8 years,lovely people,professional and clean.I would highly recomend,great nail art and the last a long time.

The nails are sooo strong but the staff doesn't understand anything you ask for and when you tell them they've done the design wrong they go in a mood. Ask for coffin shaped nails they're more square!
