Would not bother with this dentist again. I had a check up in February which resulted in me needing some treatment doing. I made my appointment and when it finally came around (after booking the morning off work) the dentist cancelled on me due to “lack of staff”. I won’t bore you with the details, but this happened on four occasions. I asked the receptionist to give me a call when they finally have another dentist in (instead of booking me in for an appointment and cancelling on the day, resulting in me wasting my time and holidays). Fast forward to September, I still hadn’t received a call, but I had received a text to say I need to book in for a check up. Given that I haven’t had my treatment due to the inadequacies of the management, I explained that I would be happy to have a check up but I will not be paying for it as it is their fault that I haven’t had the treatment done, and I shouldn’t be penalised.The lady who was supposed to be a complaints manager tried to tell me that it isn’t their fault, and that I could have called them (I think after 4 times it gets rather tedious). She argued and argued with me for twenty minutes and could not fathom why I would be annoyed at their service and only offered a solution when I said I was looking to have braces done here (£££), but they have now put me off ever using them again. The lady then offered to book me in with the practice manager but he is only there on Tuesdays or Fridays, and they will call me to book me in. The receptionist helpfully called me to say he wouldn’t be in this week, but they will give me a call the next week to arrange a time. I thought I was getting somewhere, I was wrong.It’s now 2 months later and I still haven’t received a phone call from them to book me in. I can’t comment on the skill of the dentists who work there, but their lack of basic management skills and customer service is enough to put me off.Don’t waste your time.

Had a tooth taken out today. I was very nervous but the Dentist put me at ease and I have even been registered with them.Thank you very much

Both my sons are autistic and the dentist has been amazing with them. He’s the best dentist the children and myself have ever had. Enda made my children feel so at ease. They both needed a lot of treatment and he really was the best. He was so understanding of their needs and their conditions. I would highly recommend Enda, he’s the best dentist. Thank you so much for all your patience with both my boys

The dentist Dr Nilesh Bhavsar was great seeing me even after the closing time. I had a broken tooth that needed looking at. He took his time took 4 x-ray of my teeth. Even taking the time to show you what was going on with the x rays. He told me if you like I shorted out that night taking molds of my mouth. He did a full job yet still taking his time to care about how I was doing. I ended up with a crown on it the following week. He has a very soothing voice keep you at easy all the way. 100 %positive. Great staff as well from the nurse to the front line staff thank you

I have the biggest fear of dentists due to a really really bad tooth extraction over 4 years ago so I was extremely nervous and my anxiety was through the roof! This lovely lady dentist I saw today was perfect with me from the start. I was a complete wreck she kept me calm talked me through every single step she was doing she took her time with me and tried too make my appointment as comfortable as possible! After today I will not go anywhere else or see any other dentist. EVER. Would give it 5 stars but the only thing personally for me is the waiting room is very very small and for someone who has a phobia of dentists mixed with small children running round being loud and noisy it isn’t very calming (I understand children are loud and noisy while bored waiting themselves) but a bigger waiting room or extra room for people like myself would be better.

Decent dentist. Shocking customer service. Called up to register and nobody answered. Went inside asked the young asian girl at the counter why no one picks up the phone and she looked at me bemused and said 'Its lunchtime'.Eventually managed to register and booked an appointment and was seen by the asian chap who was friendly and helpful and did a good routine check up.Went back to the service desk to ask about making future appointments and the young asian girl just smirked and I asked her do I call up to make another appointment when I want one. She replied 'Well, yes' sarcastically and her and her sister were laughing at me on the way out. I think they are the daughters of the dentist who owns the surgery and they have clearly been brought up with no manners, rude AF, and like dizzee says if there were more reputable dentists in the area I would switch straight away and never go back. I have never felt so insulted.

Happy with the treatment from the new dentist at Pearl smile in Failsworth. If you want faster appointments then go private, they have a small number of staff but I'm sure they do what they can.

Been trying to get an appointment with this dentist since March (4 months) as my crown had come off. I told them I was in pain and need an emergency appointment. Their answer to me was go to the supermarket/chemist to buy a temporary filling and paracetamol. 2 months later I was told they still wouldn't see me. I had to pay £380 to have a tooth extraction at a private dentist as I was in that much discomfort. The receptionist also lacks basic customer service skills.

Very nervous patient here, I have not been to a dentist in a lot of years and my teeth were in bad shape, but I have to say the Dentist Tasja was simply amazing. Very calming, understanding and sympathetic, I have had a few visits so far and have gotten past my fear of going to a dentist now, on each visit I barely even feel the injection when she does it, she explains exactly what is going to happen and the roadmap of treatment. This woman is a complete credit to the practice and her profession and deserves recognition for her fantastic work!!!
