Only van in the yard sat here for 20 minutes waiting for someone help us rubbish service no one eventually came so I left absolute joke where are the staff

I’ve ordered decking materials for delivery. What I received was nothing short of shocking. Handrail looked like a boomerang and was already covered in mould, spindles either warped or different length, almost half not good for anything else but firewood, posts cracked. I had to return it. Waste of time and moneyNever again!!!!!

Good builders yard ..v rarely leave without getting what I need. Friendly staff ..you can usually get someone to help fairly quickly. not having to chase someone around in a high viz waving a piece of paper in a builders yard is always a bonus..
