Frienfdly receptionist and an excellent session with the hygienist. She explained what she was doing very clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had.4 stars because, let's be honest, the waiting room is awful! Blank and characterless.Guy

The staff are very positive, caring and helpful. My dentist makes my experience interesting and comfortable.I feel fully confident with all procedures and practices that my dentist carries out and recommends.

On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming with a pleasant manner.She took my card payment for the 6 monthly check up I was there for.I went through to the patient's lounge I waited about 10 minutesI went into the dentist room the dentist was also very pleasant and efficient she gave me a full examination of my mouth teeth and checked for any lumps and bumps that could indicate any problems.All in all a good experience

Justine Bentley is my dentist (and is brilliant). From repairing a broken front tooth (bicycle accident) to explaining different treatment options, her attention to detail is second to none. I've never been in any pain or discomfort and, as someone who doesn't really like visiting the dentist, I often leave with a smile thinking that wasn't bad". Hygienist is also pain free and a lovely lady."

Can't praise this practice enough, been with many years now and they still come through. Had a broken tooth causing problems, phoned next day, got emergency appointment from very helpful receptionist. Saw a dentist (Justine),who expertly guided me through the problem and resolved it, now no pain, can't thank enough for their expertise and professionalism.Kind regards, Pete.

Poor & painful experience with the dentist who has now left. Still awaiting reply from practice re refund of deposit for cancelled future appointment (private patient rate).

Some issue with delayed appointments but now rebooked.Justine was he normal proficient self although a difficult root extraction she took great care to remove all without pain.Had a sharp edge of a tooth smoothed as well.Unfortunate the practice will be converting to private patients only in the New Year but with lack of options for NHS then I'll be staying with this practice.

Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff. The dentist was nice explaining everything as she went and also put me at ease. Would recommend.

What a refreshing change to actually spend more than 1 minute in the dentist chair! Myself & my 2 children were seen by a lovely private dentist: Joanna Farr, who spent quality time with each of us.Full x-rays of teeth, explanations given on findings & my 2 children referred for orthodontic care. This was despite being extremely busy dealing with all the NHS patients that had been left in the lurch by the other dentist: Margarita (a vile, rude dentist who couldn't care less about any of her patients!). I'm so pleased she has gone, as I was going to put in an official complaint about her.Let's hope the new NHS dentist who eventually replaces her is more compassionate, especially where children are concerned. I guess these days unless you pay for private care, you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. I hasten to add that all treatment done on this occasion was honoured free of charge for the children & NHS charges applied for me.
