A fantastic team! Went out of their way to find what I needed. Popped into three(!) Boots along the way, which were either understaffed, lacking stock or both. I should have headed here straight away. They were knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, found the items I needed after a minor traffic-related accident this morning. Thank you!

I walked the whole area around to finding a medicine, all pharmacies said it was out till I found Watsons, they got last pack! You always get the thing you want from small businesses not the chain stores.

went into Watsons pharmacy and spoke to a very rude Chinese lady (Sally) about my medication that I get from the doctors upstairs.She started speaking to me in English and then started to say something about me in Cantonese to her work colleague thinking I didn't understand her.Avoid (Sally) and wait to speak to anybody else if you want any advice about medication.Horrible person.

They are sooooo slow. every time i go there it is at least a 45 min wait. it is such a shame there is no other option nearby.

As someone on a repeat prescription I started noticing short expiry date on my pills. Because my condition happens to get better from time to time I can skip my pills. Unfortunately with short expiry date it is just waste of pills and my money!!!! Since I noticed this I am taking my prescriptions to Boots and never had any problem there!! Would love to support small pharmacy business but this wasn't working for me.

Disgusting. I went in for an emergency prescription for three days if antidepressants as I'd forgot to get my repeat over the bank holiday. They told me it wasn't an emergency as it wasn't a physical problem and that mental health issues don't fall under their criteria for giving out emergency treatment. I only needed two days and I'm on a high dose, I had my I.d my online prescription details and an old box of my prescription but as I was showing them they just walked off into the back ans ignored me. Went to boots and they gave me five days no problem
