I hated everything of it the boba had ants in it! My sister got a different drink and it tasted so unflavoured. My I had another drink and they forgot about it! I was very mad and I paid for it . They said that I didn't order it . I recommend anyone to not go. The other part of it, the sweets and frozen,food part, there was no one even there. Everyone was shouting.

First off the tea in itself is so watered down, it tastes like flavored water, more than the fruit tea in iself.The Asian girl was so damn rude, wasn't interested in taking the order, while placing the order was rude about taking it. Worst customer service EVER.The environment and the teas was so off. Disgusting.

Just read the review from Jgul below.I have been going to this bubble tea shop since it first opened.I shall continue going there, cos its easily the best.Anybody finding ants in a drink, would automatically take it back and complainUnless jgul is really from another bubble tea shop.Go and speak to the owner.They told me a few months ago to try the new one that had opened and compareI did, and I back with Sing Tea.Also what has the next door supermarket got to do with bubble tea.These people write rubbishAlways try yourself, and then decide

I have read some of these one star reviews and had to say something. The people who run this tea shop are some of the friendliest people I have ever met and the bubble tea served here is awesome. Much more flavoursome than any other bubble tea shop I have been to. Keep up the great work guys x

Went to order some boba tea with my family. First of all the juice was so watery and bland. We usually come here and we never had this happened before. Another thing is for another boba tea the tapiyoka bubbles were clumped together clumpy.We came back to complain and the Asian girl who served us were unbothered and started having a go at us when we had the right to complain and had a very bad attitude and laughed at us while we were leaving.Worst customer service ever, EXTREMELY disappointed, has put me off so much. Never going back in again.

Such an incredible place. Me and my partner have been to multiple Milk Tea stores, and we both agree this is definetly one of the best!We both bought a milk tea (tiramisu with coffee popping balls and Milk Candy, if you care) and they are incredibly done. Really sweet and full of flavour, I couldn't fault how they were done.What made this special though is the customer service. The woman who served us was the most polite, kind and wholesome woman we've been served by. Sadly we didn't get her name, but we'll remember her for a long time.

We ordered 3 bubble tea and the juice was bland and tapioca pearl were chunky and stucked together we went back to the shop to speak to the worker who served us she was so rude and ridiculous and she said she doesn't care if the bubble tea is like that she was extremely rud and had bad attitude we are so disappointed she doesn't know the skills of customer service.

People working there were lovely, wait wasn't too long and it wasn't too busy! The drinks were quite delicious - it's good to finally have a bubble tea place near me!

Sing Tea Bubble Tea Middlesbrough 唱茶奶茶
Came today and it was just amazing! One lady running it and she was so kind and very quick! Sadly they were out of a few things but it still tasted fantastic. Our bubble tea was brought over to where we were sat despite the line of people waiting to order. Very lucky to have such a nice bubble tea spot closeby - will be coming back again!
