CTD Tiles Norwich

Extremely poor service received to date. Both times we have visited Norwich store had to go behind counter and into back office to find a member of staff.Our tiler had said to us he'd spoken to someone in store and arranged for the voucher he'd given us to be used for further discount even if tiles had been discounted online, turns out the store renegade on this offer when speaking face to face.Having said several times once finding a member of staff I wanted to place an order, they didn’t seem interested at all in actually taking an order and had to force the conversation with member of staff to give me prices on options of materials I wanted, all this this being done whilst the member of staff kept slurping on their cup of tea constantly whilst tapping away on the computer – personally found this rather rude and was spending several thousand pounds on tiles.Finally got things ordered but saga has continued, despite asking for tiles to be delivered in a couple of weeks’ time they have been delivered straight even though invoice clearly states the latter date.Have now spent the last few days constantly trying to get through to Norwich branch but no one seems to answer the phone to get these collected as they are preventing groundworks from being done at our property. The Norwich branch even tried to fob me off by saying I needed to call another store to arrange to get these collected (Kings Norton) who were very confused why I’d been told this but were very helpful in explaining the process. Still yet to be told when these will be collected and conveniently get told every time I do get through to someone that requests have sent five minutes earlier that day to sort. Will avoid using CTD going forward as lost faith in them actually being able to look after any customer and order correctly.

Ctd tiles are a division of Saint Gobain and i use them on a regular basis. Great selection of tiles and an abundance of advice from well trained staff led by Robin who is a great bloke with a big smile. Pleasure to deal with them.

Not the cheapest but really good service

Not your usual tile place, if you're like me and appreciate a good quality product and perhaps don't mind spending a couple of pounds more in exchange, this is the right place for you too. Amazing quality not the main stream, they have them displayed, well presented. Staff friendly but not intrusive!

Good displays, well presented showroom. Good prices and very helpful staff....especially Simon who always goes that extra mile to ensure you have everything you need for your job.
