Absolute top company we use continually on all our contracts. Staff in the office and the drivers are fantastic and very helpful. Always pulling out the stops to get us vehicles to our sites enabling even on short notice when we need waste removed and in doing so aiding us to keep a clear and safe site,Well recommended and of course we will as said, continually use and have a great working relationship with.

Excellent customer service and very helpful skip drivers. Use them when we are working away. They have also arrange local skips out of the West Yorkshire area to the city I’m working in and take all the hassle out of paying and managing skips anywhere in the country. I had an awkward space for the skip to be manoeuvred into, expecting some grief for my desired skip location i was blown away by the Calder valley skip hire representative, nothing was too much trouble, he even inched it to the right by skilfully un-hooking one side and moving the opposite side, he observed I may catch my car door with the over hang. Not only this, normally I would get one week with this skip but the driver advised me to ring in to tailor my needs. The lady on the sales desk could not accommodate me more. Thanks guys, a great service.

Great all round! Ordered a skip for hire in Ripponden on Monday and it arrived on time on Tuesday. I had the skip filled by 1pm and they came and collected it the same day. The driver was helpful & let me know just one of their skips can hold up to 18 tonnes! Initially, I couldn't get a space for it to be dropped as there was parked cars in the way, but they waited until there was a clear space. Cant fault them and will be using them again! Cheers!

Excellent company. I would recommend to any domestic or commercial property's to use there services. Ploughcroft Ltd have used Calder Valley Skip Hire since 2010. We average around 10 hire skips per month and I can honestly say that there customer service, lead times, health and Safety and costs are the best on the market. Keep up the good work to all the team and here's to at least another 8 years of service from yourself's.

Delivered over a day late despite being made aware that we only had a single day that we requried the skip and ordered it to arrive a day early to ensure we would have it.Called very late on the day of delivery to be told that it wouldn't be delivered on booked and paid for date, but it would be delivered early in the morning.When the skip didn't arrive in the morning, I was told that they cannot give any estimates on time of delivery and it could be as last as midday before it arrives. It didn't arrive until 11:30am so we lost half a day of being able to use the skip.I was told to ring back on Monday to discuss a partial refund, which I have been told I will not get anything as they DO NOT DO REFUNDS" and the most they could offer me was £12 off my next skip hire

Having used Calder Valley Skip Hire for over 15 years I have no problem recommending them to friends & family. I won't use another skip company in the local area. They've always done right by me when I needed them and in return they'll retain me as customer.Office staff, are extremely polite and professional on all my dealings with them. I called to book a skip on Friday it was booked in for Wednesday. Wednesday came I called around 2pm only to be told it was on route. I called again at 5pm and was told again it was definitely on the way. No one actually showed up. I called the day after speaking with Sarah who was very rude and ill mannered. She blatantly lied and said it was booked in for Thursday but had told me the exact opposite the day previous. Cancelled and got a refund. Will never use again.
