About eight years ago< Southwick windows supplied our new build house. The windows are still like new (no fade) and on the occasions that i have needed advice with a door or window elsewhere, they are brilliant.

I have now had Richard come out and supply and fit both a new front door which I was very pleased with and so I got him to supply and fit 9 new windows in my home which have made all the difference. Great price. service from an honest trader and his fitting team also did a great job with minimal damage to the decorations I would definitely use again if the need arose and will recommend to anyone interested many thanks rich.

Having recently spent £15000 with them i found them to be incompetent and lacking in customer care. They eventually admitted that they did not know how to correct the fault with my new front door, IT COULD NOT BE OPENED ! Nothing could ever tempt me into ever using them again. I was left with no option other than to engage the services of a 3rd party at my expense who has resolved the problem. Based on my experience, it seemed that once they had my money they were no longer interested in me. AVOID , AVOID, AVOID .AVOID !!!
