Good hardware store, probably has everything you could need. Staff are quite nice and helpful in getting you what you need. Slight downside is that they're not very keen on helping you get anything fixed like a lock and would rather sell you a new one.

Central ish London and cheaper than suburbs Birmingham finally got a cheapish toffee (tacking/pin) hammer.Well stocked but because of this tight spaces. Was here for another purpose and wasting time waiting for wife.

I've used the Tool Shop, Queensway for 20 years or more. For its size, it has a good range of products covering all the major trades but what makes the difference, gives it an edge, is the helpful staff and their knowledge and advice. Ground floor and basement cover paint (incl. mixing) & allied products, plumbing, electrical, tools, key cutting, some gardening, cleaning, tiling equipment and cement, screws etc and much more. They even laugh at my jokes! An asset for the local community and well worth supporting.

I needed a specific screw to fix a door and they not only had it, they also helped me get the right tool for installing it, were super friendly and helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable. Can't recommend it enough. All local stores should be like that.

Great little hardware shop close to where we are staying. Being I’m from the USA, I was a little skeptical I’d find what I needed to correct a power issue, but this place came in fantastically. Very friendly staff as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs hardware supplies or materials!

Excellent shop!!! My luggage wheel broke during my flight...which isn't ideal at all. They managed to cut the broken axle out, and replace it. Thank you DIY Tool Shop!

AVOID. They sell faulty things for very high price. Got home one item broke within 15mins. It happened to me for more than once with this shop. The staff there are really rude and threatening too. There're better shops on Westbourne Grove.
