Everything you'd want from a trade/service. Punctual, polite, professional and most importantly - a great job. The floor has never been so clean and hopefully now, with a proper seal, will stay that way for a long while. Highly recommended, don't hesitate.

Ford Tile Restoration
Ian responded quickly to my request for a quote to clean our tiled kitchen floor. He spotted from photos that the floor was terracotta (not quarry tiles as I thought) and was able to come to do the work over a couple of days. The result looks great - clean and lighter with a vibrant finish. We are really pleased. Ian is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Great service.

My kitchen floor had been neglected by the previous owners of our cottage so I asked Ian to come and do whatever was needed to do. Ian was prompt and done a wonderful job. He worked solidly all day to give me a floor that now looks absolutely amazing and he has told me what to use to keep it looking it’s best.I would recommend Ian and his company to everyone.Amazing work… thank you Ian

Ian was great and deep cleaned my pitted tiles that had been troubling me for 2 years! The floor now looks better than when it was first laid. Highly recommend.
