Excellent customer service from this store.We asked if it was possible for our suite to be finished and delivered a week before it was due. This was arranged and delivered on the exact date we asked for.We also bought a mattress and delivery was arranged so that both orders were delivered on the same day to avoid us having to pay two delivery charges.There was a slight problem with the pouffee but this acknowledged and sorted with just one email to the customer service department.Thank you to all the staff who dealt with us.

I was looking for a particular armchair for my elderly mum, and was aprehensive after a bad experience at another popular high street furniture store. Paul listened to exactly what I needed and also took on board my concerns regarding my bad experience elsewhere. My needs were very specific and I needed a armchair quickly. This was a big ask, but Paul did his upmost to help even consulted with his Manager, who was equally helpful. Between them they found the perfect chair, arranged a prompt delivery. Mum is delighted with her armchair, its like it was made for her. The back is so suppotive, mum is petite and so is the chair. Well done Paul and your Manager, you are both exceptionally amazing professionals and most importantly you listened to my requirements and fully met them. My recomendation is for those looking to purchase home furnishings if you want someone that listens, are professional and honest then go to Park Furniture Bristol they deliver anywhere and have an amazing range.

If you wish to be racial abused why not have a chat with the assistant manger Kieron what a piece. And do not think you will get a refund or a problem fixed in this store it is the pits for customer after care. Be warned i wish someone had said it to me first.

We had a very good experience at Park Furnishers in Bristol today which ended up with us buying a lovely new bed. We were served by Paul who was very knowledgable about all the different makes etc. Took plenty of time and was helpful without being pushy. I’ve always lived in Bristol but never been to Park Furnishers before; would definitely return and recommend to others.

The Sales Manager, Ian, was very helpful. He gave us a lot of time and seemed knowledgable about the products. He was good humoured and professional. We had a very good experience, buying a sofa suite and a bed as a result. The prices, we fealt were very fair. We've bought from Park Furnishers before, and I'm sure we will again.

From initial friendky helpful knowledgeable service in the shop from Paul right through to up-to-date delivery details from the admin team, and outstanding service from the 2 Dan's delivery crew, we could not be more delighted. Website cookie policy - wow couldn't believe how wordy it was and the assumptions it makes. So much better just to have a 'decline cookies' button. As for stock I clicked on mattresses" but they don't seem to sell just mattresses as nothing came up. I don't need a base and don't want to add to landfill if I can avoid it. Pity as the 3 piece suite I bought some years ago was great."

My wife and I were looking for a decent dining room table, and Ian approached us. We asked various questions, his knowledge of the product was 1st class. We were not pressured in any way, and he ably demonstrated the various tables until we found one that suited our requirements.Ian is an excellent salesman and representative and is a Credit to Park Furnishers.
