Just taken delivery of our third successive new Honda from Horizon Honda,This time we chose the Jazz Hybrid Cross star which arrived 3 weeks early,Having dealt with other dealerships we must say Horizon Honda are exceptional from the lady on reception through to sales & servicing,Jordan kept us posted throughout also offered us a higher part ex so we could afford to purchase the Model we wanted,nothing has ever been to much trouble for them so if you are in the market for either used or new vehicle you have to try this dealership 10/10 ...

As the name implies, this is the Honda dealership for the Poole area. It's not too difficult to find as it's on the Ringwood Road out of Poole, at it's junction with Hurbert Avenue. When we visited examples of the complete range of Honda cars were on display or otherwise available to see. There was also a good stock of second hand Honda cars on display and for sale. It is also possible to have your Hands serviced here when required. The attitude and helpfulness of the sales and servicing staff is very good.

2 weeks ago I purchased a used CRV from Kieran at Poole Honda. The whole experience from start to finish has been great. At no point did I feel pressured into buying additional services or products which we have experienced when we have purchased my wife's VW. Also, I travelled by train to collect my car and Kieran kindly picked me up from the station. A first class service and experience. Thank you

I brought my Honda Jazz on the 28.06.23 to the company. I requested an investigation as my car did not drive forward when cold, only reverse. I was offered an investigation. The diagnostic check on the car came and said that there was a fault on the input shaft speed sensor. I was charged 110 pounds for this. I agreed on having replacement input shaft speed sensors for 166 pounds. After this was done, my car was the same. Nothing changed and I was charged for nothing. The diagnostic check was wrong as there was a problem with the gear box. I want to require a full refund, as the diagnostic check was wrong and the replacement did not help at all.
