Great shop with a great range. You could easily spend way too much here. It is worth it though.

Very polite and friendly staff made me feel welcome, aren't to pushy as I'm Aware they are on commission but after intial welcome and asking if I needed assistance allowed me to browse in peace and I found 2 nice t shirts upstairs in boss/polo section and the lady was very helpful also in letting me try them on before I purchased.

Since Mike Ashley and Sports Direct took this business over it has become a disgrace. Premium brands piled high, that's not how you sell high end gear.Presentation needs a lot to be desired.

Nice tidy store, first visit no members of staff let on they all seemed to be right at the back of the store talking. Second time I got help from a girl and bought something! She was friendly and helpful

The worst shop I have ever been!!! Please avoid as much as you can. Do not buy anything from them as once something is faulty they never refund you!They always refuse to take the product back even if it is faulty! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

One of a kind shop. I'd simply call it heaven. This shop has way more designs than any other and puts any other big name to shame. They sell everything you can imagine, Versace, Philip Plein, Balmain, Armani, Jacob Cohen, Stone Island, Giuseppe's, Givenchy you just name it. The best thing though, is that they're the most updated when it comes to all those brands. So when you buy anything from them, you can rest assure you're buying the best and the most updated design that brand has to offer. I bought my Giuseppe's from Harrods and Selfridges and what happened was 10 minutes after I bought the shoes I would check online and realize there's a newer better looking design for the same price. However, with my final purchase I done the right thing by getting them from cruise. I went there, told them what I'm looking for and they were so helpful. They told me that their online selection is way bigger than what I can see in the shop and they helped me find a newer design I didn't even know existed. Welldone and thank you with all my heart. The staff are amazing especially Paul, he is simply the man. I would sincerely advice, every costumer who loves expensive stylish clothing/footwear to go to this shop because they're absolutely the best at what they do.

The girl in the shop was very helpfull and the man that served me was good,got my Armani jeans 2 pair,will be back.

Limited stock in store but delivery to store gets a voucher. Usu 2-3 days but allow upto a week in case

A quick browse at Crusie in Edinburgh turned into a great experience with Emma as she gave a really informative and knowledgeable advice on new trainers. I would recommend Cruise as a place to find those pieces that make your wardrobe and if you are lucky Emma will help you find them.
