Gloucestershire County & Family Court

Probably the worst family court office in England. Lazy. need to retrain their service. They are not special who work here They need to treat people like customer. People who are often under stress and anxiety over issues and just be a little bit efficient and kind and answer the phone. Get it right. On behalf of Her Majesty's Govt and the Crown. It's not a play office.

Your website says open til 4.30pm your switchboard closes at 4pm and all that happens is you get the same message over and over if you ring after 4pm. Which is it

As usual with Cheltenham's Public Services you cannot actually speak to anyone - you go through the usual press 1 for this and 2 for that but then you get a message saying all operators are busy, call another time and it cuts you off. This is what we've paid an increase in our council tax for - well done Cheltenham - I didn't think your service could get any worse but you are the pits.

♿ me and my girlfriend have to go here tomorrow I don't know how they are towards disability at what time is all the way from Bristol we're driving all the way we're getting there from Bristol in the court over my daughter I'm hoping my daughter will go to family but it down to the court I know that children's services is not been over friendly to our disabilities and we are new mums and dads♿ both me and my partner are they have decided to have the court here knowing that we are disabled they were very helpful and very understanding and very friendly the people on the gate the only thing I would say if they might need to paint the staircase more colourful colours friendlier

Totally lethargic, don’t answer the phone, don’t listen, provided the wrong forms and kept me waiting 10 minutes whilst they were chatting. A wasted trip and a gross waste of Public money.The security staff were highly professional, courteous and helpful. Maybe it is they who should be running the service?

Tried ringing several times, listen to a very long message that then asks me to select an option. Immediately cuts me off every time.

Gloucester Family Court experience can just make a conclusion then the only you are considered to act in the child best interest and just YOU acting by the law what they should represent what in my case grate example is H(d)HJ Ellis.It's shame then you making applications in the best intention of your child to help and prevent the psychological impact as you understand the trauma made to the child to be separated by another parent ( please start thinking about our daughter Ava ) and instead get help your child it suffers from those authorities behaviours who forget the meaning of the law, acting against Child Act 1989 supporting Harassment and mental abuse (it's more) as your gender or race is a more imported then innocent child.

Absolutely dreadful. Telephoned for advice but absolutely clueless response, this is what gives the Civil Service a bad name. Shocking, definitely training issues here.They directed me to Northampton who when I called were totally unclear why They would do this.At least Northampton have gone out of their way to assist me and Emailed information within 3 minutes of me putting the telephone down.

Terrible. This place ruins lives through making whimsical decisions that are based on prejudice and bias. Avoid using this place for any decision affecting your life if you can.

Had to call about gaining access to a record. The gentleman was very helpful and gave clear and useful advice. For the record this was in spite of a reduced service due to the pandemic and was in stark contrast to some other services I have had to contact in the last nine months.
